The lockups are intended for private use for car or storage.  Internal dimensions are approx. 17'3" x 7'11" (5.25m x 2.40m), so they will accommodate a large car.  They have no electricity or water services.

The monthly rent is £75 fully inclusive - no additional VAT etc., payable monthly in advance by standing order, with a three months' returnable deposit.   The notice is one month either side, and the minimum term of let is six months.   There is an Agreement for both parties to sign.
